Here's the problem
The unwellness & spiritual disconnection we are feeling is a direct result of the colonial patriarchal systems we are living in.
COLONIZATION IS AT THE ROOT OF OUR UNWELLNESS.
We are unwell because of the colonial patriarchal intergenerational trauma inflicted on us & our lineages.
We are fragmented & disconnected from being ripped from the sacred web of life & unconsciously colluding with its desecration.
COLONIZATION NEVER ENDED.
IT JUST BECAME NORMALIZED.
First, colonization turned land into an object, as something that was separate from us and something to be extracted from.
It programmed us to DESECRATE our Mother Earth and the natural & spiritual worlds.
This taught us separation, fragmentation, domination, and normalized a transactional mentality and relationship.
The domination and exploitation didn’t stop with the land.
The next cut of colonization was to separate us from our cultures, traditions, & rituals.
Women of color, & femmes of color, in particular, were targeted for their gifts & medicine.
Because the oppressor knew our great power, it sought to conquer, dominate, & extract from us too.
We lost a connection to the sacred which further caused loss & fragmentation.
OF COURSE, this uprooting impacted our BODY, SOUL, & PSYCHE.

To make this domination lasting, the colonizer implanted a mentality that would ensure we would oppress OURSELVES.
We were indoctrinated into believing we were inferior, flawed, & only worthy if we disconnected from our cultures & practiced their ways…
Colonialism severed us from our roots, disconnected us from the sacred, and implanted a program that created allegiance to predatory ideals.
They demonized our spirituality and our ceremonies….
And, they persecuted our ancestors who held magic and medicine…
Which is why you may be feeling lost, disconnected, afraid of your power, why you unconsciously devalue & distrust the spiritual, and yet feel like something is missing…
The more recent cut has new age spirituality and mainstream therapy & wellness as the culprits.
In seeking to find alleviation from the pain, the colonizer took advantage of your vulnerability and deepened the colonial indoctrination through neocolonial ways.
In order to ensure your complicity and to subdue your uprising, the colonizer conspired to create new age spirituality, mainstream wellness, and western psychology and therapy.
Through these forums, they sought to encourage your disassociation by having you disembody and escape to the spirit realms.
And, when you begin to feel the appropriate heaviness of colonial systems, they diagnosed you, programmed you into hyperindividuality, and indoctrinated you to willingly silence your voice and numb yourself.
They called it being “high vibration”...
They called it “love and light”...
They taught you to see it as “self-care.”
In this way, you didn’t resist and reject the oppressive programming, because they taught you to see it as “healing”, and “wellness.”
In other words: this has ALWAYS been about SPIRITUAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE.
That’s why a rooted, honest, rehumanizing spirituality and unlearning is the foundation of our collective healing and liberation.
THIS - calling back our soul’s pieces & unlearning the harmful colonial programming to RECLAIM THE SACRED is our work together.

Doctora’s teachings have profoundly shifted my world. i started working with her in october 2021. i remember breaking down in overwhelm as i realized how much i had to unlearn, how much indoctrination lived in me. what was beautiful is that i didn’t have to hold that overwhelm on my own. i released it in sacred container and my siblings helped hold it with me.

Meet your teacher and Guide
Saludos Beloved, I'm Dra. Rocío
I am a Xicana/Mexicana Seer, spiritual guide, initiated medicine woman, & Counseling Psychology Ph.D., on the Ñusta Paqo path in the Q’ero Inca lineage. I come from a matriarchal lineage and my medicine is very much rooted in the feminine, in matriarchal medicine, and in the Earth and cosmic ways.
My work is potent because of the gifts and channel the divine has given me and because of the powerful ancestors, matriarchs, & guides that show up with me.
The purpose of my work is to support you on your journey and to provide guidance that cultivates holistic wellness, connects you to a deeper sense of spirituality, and brings you back to your ancestors, guides, and your own wisdom & medicine so that together we live in harmony and balance with all of Creation.
I have more than 20 years of professional experience as a healer & teacher, and am able to hold potent healing space for others as this is a skill in my blood lineage, with my abuelita and my mama as my greatest teachers. In my training as a counseling psychologist, I provided and practiced thousands of hours of therapy. While I decided against licensure, I value the skills I acquired through my practice and the mentorship provided by BIPOC psychologists, like Dr. Jeanett Castellanos, Dr. Thomas Parham, & the Godfather of Black Psychology, Dr. Joe White amongst others. The direct practice and mentorship I was honored to receive taught me a psychology & therapy that centered the people, an Indigenous worldview, and liberation.
I am able to hold compassion for all and facilitate healing for them in decolonial work because of my medicine path in the Q'ero Inca lineage and because I am aware that there was a time I did not have this consciousness.
That first-hand experience allows me to meet you compassionately because I see how much of our collusion is unconscious and is seen as "just the way things are", often masked as "progress." I deeply understand how much of a shock and disappointment it can be to awaken to colonial collusion and how what we need is guidance, truth telling, and compassion - not shame and judgment.
My previous work was as a therapist and professor, but my path now weaves ancestral ways and new ways to meet the prophecy of these times. My work is deeply rooted in Earth and Cosmic wisdom. I walk and work in between the earthly and spiritual realms as a claircognizant, clairvoyant, clairsentient, and clairaudient. I come from a long line of healers and was born with psychic, channeling, and mediumship gifts.
I am able to see beyond this ordinary reality to bring forth the highest timelines and visions into our earthly reality. I am grateful to my teachers, Pampamesayoq Don Alejandro Apaza, Don Justino Apaza, & Mesa Carrier and Medicine Woman Marilu Shinn for helping me remember.

Decolonizing as a Spiritual Journey
1. I am clear about the need for us to decolonize to heal and get free.
To both unlearn the oppression we’ve internalized to reclaim our sovereignty & ancestry AND to no longer be complicit in oppressive systems.
2. It is important to confront the colonial shadows to break the colonial spell. AND, it is important to learn to transmute the pain.
Sometimes we unknowingly stay in the pain, or we think this is how we can be in solidarity with those suffering. But actually, this is also how we collude with our own oppression. The colonizer wins when we give up our life force, our visions, our dreams…because then we do not feel empowered to birth a new world.
3. We are NOT powerless to these systems.
And, our liberation is directly connected to us remembering that we are not helpless. But instead, we were prayed for and dreamed into by our ancestors to break the colonial spell.
4. I believe your soul is EQUIPPED for these times.
You carry ancestral wisdom in your blood and bones AND you have unique gifts to offer the world. It is important to honor and embody both to birth a new world. I believe you are here because this is part of your soul's work and because your ancient ancestors are calling you in to reclaim and restore balance & harmony.

REFUND POLICY: If you commit to Reclaiming the Sacred, you're committing to the entire duration of the program.
There are no refunds or cancellations. Please honor this as a sacred agreement. If you decide to stop participating before the intensive, you remain responsible for completing your payments in full.
You are asked to show up in right relation and integrity with me as the guide, and that includes honoring our agreements and payment as energy exchange. You understand that I am not a corporation and that this work is my livelihood and sole source of income for my family and thus paying is important to receive this offering.
To preserve the integrity of the peer relationships that get cultivated, and because there are specific trainings that stack upon each other, we cannot accept new members after intake closes.
That means that if someone drops out part way through, we cannot fill their spot. Because the container is so small, there’s no margin for cancellations or drop-outs and so we cannot offer refunds. If you choose to stop participating before the end date, your payments are still due in full.
