Module 1: Aligning with Mother Earth's energy
Before we dive deep into the harms of colonization, it is important that we ground & align with our Earth Mother. In this way, you will begin to restore the spiritual fragmentation & feel anchored to navigate the times.
Module 2: The Power of Transmutation and Embracing our Sovereignty
Now more than ever, we must learn to transmute the pain or we do the colonizer's work to ourselves. We must also remember that we are not victims and recover our sense of agency to reclaim our power and medicine.

Decolonization of the mind is necessary to be able to listen and tune in to the healed ancestors' messages and your soul's call.

You have been programed into colonial time so that you would live and work at a pace that was not only unnatural, but oppressive. This teaching will expand your understanding of time so that you can begin to live at a more sacred pace.
Module 12: Embracing Divine Feminine Energy
To counter the patriarchy, we must all learn to embrace our divine feminine energy so that balance is achieved.
Module 13: Coming Back into Balance
As we decolonize and unlearn, we must also learn to embrace balance in our lives so that we can be whole, well, and free.
Module 14: Using your Voice for Liberation
Your Voice is necessary to embody your unique role during these times - learn to use it for liberation.
Module 15: We need an Empowered Collective: Embracing your Power

Saludos Beloved, I'm Dra. Rocío
I stand at the intersection of ancestral Earth wisdom and medicine to navigate these times while planting seeds for a liberated future.
I'm a Seer, medicine woman in the Q'ero Inca lineage, and Counseling Psychology Ph.D. mentored by Black & Latin@ psychologists, matriarchs, and Indigenous medicine people. For over 20 years, I've guided women of color to reconnect with their spiritual sovereignty and ancestral medicine.
My work bridges worlds - helping you decolonize your mind to liberate your spirit while honoring both ancient traditions and the unique challenges of our times.
But I have not always been here, I have walked the journey of decolonizing and reclaiming along with you.
My journey has been one of shedding colonial conditioning, returning to the wisdom of my ancestors, and learning to live, mother, and lead from Spirit—not from survival.
As a Xicana/Mexicana raised poor working class by parents who migrated from Mexico, & the eldest daughter of an eldest daughter of an orphaned daughter, I received many of the same messages that you likely did about my worth being solely rooted in what I could produce and how I could care for others. I, like you, was unconsciously programmed by the colonial capitalist patriarchy to not feel good enough and severed from my sacred Indigenous Earth traditions.
Prior to my work now, I was a psychology professor and psychologist, until living and working in that toxic environment led to a health collapse. I was so colonized at that time that I even apologized to my boss from a hospital bed. OUCH.
Working in that oppressive work paradigm & denying and hiding my spiritual gifts became too much for my body and it said no more. Becoming a mother was what finally set me free and helped me let go of that oppressive way of life.
I am grateful to my ancestors - and my descendant! - for taking me out of that colonial world and returning me back to the sacred ways.
While it is painful to see how deeply programmed I used to be - I now offer the teachings that helped me heal and get free. I now walk with reverence for the land, for my lineage, and for the sacred responsibility of this healing work.
I do not teach from theory—I teach from lived experience, from wounds turned to wisdom, and from the medicine that rises when we choose to decolonize and reclaim - and this is the journey I invite you into in Reclaiming the Sacred: Decolonizing to Remember.
