From Separation to Sacred Remembering

Decolonial Shadow Work is a guided 16-week live cohort experience. It is a held container for the kind of transformation that doesn't happen in isolation & fragmentation.

This work holds harm in the lineage, not the individual character. You are not the problem.

But you are carrying something that was passed down, and you can choose to be the place where it stops.

Over 16 weeks, you will do the inner work that makes outer action sustainable, relational, and rooted in sacred reciprocity rather than performance, fear, or guilt.

Because the world doesn't need more people who understand oppression. It needs people who have done the inner work to stop reproducing it so that we can get to a better world.

What you'll receive:

Designed specifically for white healers, allies, and leaders willing to move from performance to embodiment.

If part of you is questioning whether you're ready, that questioning is part of why you're here.

Readiness isn't the absence of fear. It's choosing the work as resistance to a colonial paradigm that wants you numb and complicit.

Initially, I had hesitations because I signed up to similar trainings before and in the end I came out more complicit, confused and not being able to make real changes in my life. So I came from this fear.

It was the way Dra. Rocio held space, using a soft sword with integrity that guided me to trust her and the cause. It became clear this was was more than just about us.

Dra. Rocio's teaching style is a master class in true leadership. Her gentleness and slower pace are essential to decolonizing. Her receptivity, reassurance, reminders and welcoming presence are particularly effective with such a difficult topic for her to teach and for the students to receive. She is engaging, kind and thoughtful while challenging us all to do and be better for ourselves and the collective.
