Ā I'm a Seer, āa medicine woman in the Qāero Inca lineage, & a Counseling Psychology Ph.D. I am a mama, and a matriarch.ā
I walkā and work in between the earthly and spiritual realms.
My previous work was as a therapist and a professor in the mainstreamā. For a long time I worked in the way we have all been programmed - disconnected & constantly producing. Because like you, I was conditioned to believe that this is what brought us "security" and "success."
Overworking was my norm...until my body said no more. This self-denial and fragmentation led me to a health collapse and I developed a chronic disability. While I had earned tenure as a professor, I was fired from my institution and it was this earth shattering experience that brought me back to the sacred ways. While devastating at the time, being fired (then rehired, then quitting...its a long story :]), was the best thing to happen to me. I now see that my ancestors took me out of this hostile environment because I was meant to help people remember the sacred ways.
āMyĀ path now weaves ancestral ways and new ways to meet the prophecy of these times. My work is deeply rooted in Earth and Cosmic wisdomā. I reject the oppressive colonial, capitalist, patriarchal ways. And yet, I know how we can easily fall to the programming because we've been taught to see it as "normal".Ā
I am able to facilitate teachings & healing because of my medicine path in the Q'ero Inca lineage rooted in the love of our Earth Mother, and because I am aware that there was a time I did not have this consciousness.
That first-hand experience allows me to meet you compassionately because I see how much of our collusion is unconscious and is seen as "just the way things are", often masked as "progress." I deeply understand how much of a shock and disappointment it can be to awaken to colonial collusion and how what we need is guidance, truth telling, and compassion - not shame and judgment.
The vow Iāve taken as a medicine woman and the agreement my soul has made in this lifetime is to help restore harmony and balance to the world, personally & collectively. And thatās why I offer this work to you.
