Decolonizing Means Unlearning All The Ways…
“Who taught you to hate yourself?” - Malcolm X

Our ancestors were violently colonized. We carry this intergenerational colonial trauma in our DNA, in our minds, in our bodies, in our energy field.
Because of this intergenerational colonial trauma, the colonial capitalist patriarchy has convinced us that we are inferior, that we only exist for the ways they can use us , that we only exist to serve others, that our worth lies in our ability to tolerate pain, in our ability to work deny our selves and our truths in service of their agenda. & so we end up experiencing emotional, physical, mental, & spiritual exhaustion. We end up being unhappy with a life that we created because we believed that what they told us would lead to success and happiness, but it was just for their benefit. We have been manipulated, lied to, exploited...colonized.
It is not your fault love, you have done the best you can with what you knew at the time, with inheriting colonial pain.
But now, it is time to unlearn, to heal, not just for ourselves but for our collective healing & liberation.
We were made for this. We were born for this uprising, for the collective awakening. You were born to end the 500+ year cycle of colonial trauma.
It is my deep honor to do this work. It is my life’s greatest mission along with being a mother. I am all in, & now I’m building a collective of decolonial healers who are ready to unlearn the colonial voice, to shed their colonized selves, & to reclaim their power, for our collective healing and liberation.
The Decolonial Healing Collective is a movement, a force. My soul was born for this work & yours was too. Do you feel the calling?
Loving you
