Cafe con Pam Podcast: Wellness, Healing, & Liberation with Dr. Rosales Meza
Dra. Rocio Rosales Meza shares her story of healing, plant-based eating, and how she left her professor career to facilitate mental, emotional, and spiritual healing to Black, Indigenous, women of color from a decolonial perspective.
I was honored to join Pam from Cafe con Pam Podcast because she has powerful conversations in this space for our community. We allowed our intuition and Spirit to guide the conversation and all the things came up 😊. I was first asked to share about my story. For the new folx here , you’ll here about how I developed a disability, how I was forced to take a medical leave, how I was fired from a tenured academic position. How in essence the life I had been building my whole life fell apart and led to my spiritual awakening and decolonial journey.
We also talk about how colonial mentality shows up in ourselves and in “Latinx” communities in particular. And, I share some intuitive messages I’ve received like the one here about why this is coming up for us as a collective.
I’d love for you to listen this episode of Cafe con Pam, if you haven’t already, below. Share your reflections in comments on Instagram, I always love hearing how this work makes its way into your life.
You are the chosen ones love, you are ancestral decolonial healers. I hope you can begin to own your power to contribute to the collective. We are stronger together, I feel this already. How do you feel when you hear this audio, these words?
