Together, we’ll dive deep to meet the soul of your work, then explore and untangle what’s kept you from fully embracing your path and embodying your power & gifts...and resources...we'll also touch on making money in integrity and right relationship if you are seeking emotional, somatic, and energetic support with this too.
We’ll go to the depths together, and explore the ancestral, intergenerational, and social conditioning that keeps you hiding and colluding with your own oppression, we'll explore the ways you are leaking your energy, diluting your medicine, showing up in servitude, and rejecting your wellness and ease...and we'll weave in spirituality, ritual, Earth energy medicine, and practice, so our work is grounded and protected.

Our sessions are a hybrid of coaching, spiritual guidance, & decolonial teachings. I’ll weave with you as needed and for what shows up, moment to moment, honoring the energy present for you.
I’m gifted and skilled at seeing the deep, beyond the Earthly realm, at the level of soul and energy, at the subconscious to support you, to help you expand, and guide you to embody your highest self, your highest calling, and for you to feel supported to show up and create a greater impact in your work.

My training is rooted in counseling, liberation theory and practices, decolonizing, energetics, Earth wisdom and medicine, and coaching. I am a Seer, medicine woman, and counseling psychology Ph.D. I walk and work in between the spiritual and earthly realms and help you navigate the shedding of the old world and the co-creating of the new paradigm.
I may offer spiritual rituals, practical tools, witnessing, space holding and hold the highest visions you have for your work, life and our collective with you. When needed, I provide supervision and mentorship so that you can expand, stop making yourself small, stop fragmenting yourself, stop showing up in colonial servitude, and show up in all of your gifts and for your life’s mission.

A 6 Month Journey
March - August 2023

We begin with an opening session because I want to know your work deeply and what you are seeking because each person receives a custom and personalized experience. I offer specific skills that I teach all of those I work with but each person receives a custom tailored offering to meet your desires and needs. In this session, we also set intentions, call in your guides and spirits and align our energies to ground your work deeply. Ritual and ceremony is important and we will integrate this throughout our work.

We meet twice a month for 60 minutes so that you can receive support & create impact while also allowing space for integration so that you’re not getting into overwhelm. Le’s get out of colonial capitalist patriarchal urgency & honor rest, rhythms, and flow as a necessary part of our cycles and living.

We have a 6 month period because this is enough time to develop an embodied practice and form new habits. We do not intellectualize, we seek to embody.

And, you will receive voxer access in between sessions to witness and support you as needed.

We have a closing session because it is also important to ceremoniously close our container. In this session, we will process how far you have come, the practices you’ve developed, we will witness and celebrate your work and shifts so that you too can honor the change and growth, and we will develop a plan for you to continue this work and your journey.

Agreements/Terms:
You are asked to show up in right relation and integrity with me as the guide, and that includes honoring our agreements and payment as energy exchange. You understand that I am not a corporation and that this work is my livelihood and sole source of income for my family and thus paying is important to receive this offering.
There are no refunds or cancellations. Please honor this as a sacred agreement. If you decide to stop participating, you remain responsible for completing your payments in full.
